Delicious Turkey slash Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

Okay my fingers are tired from typing so I am just going to throw this up and add some pizazz (yeah right, I know I have no style) to this article later. Nobody reads this thing anyways. Still I hope that you enjoy this Chicken Noodle Soup recipe that I made up. It was a total accident but totally doh-licious. Okay, I used that word again. I promise I won't ever use it again unless I am talking about dough.

Delicious Turkey slash Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

Ingredients

Turkey Stock
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
7 chopped Carrots
4 Celery Stalks
1 or 2 teaspoons of Celery Powder
Big Handful aka 2 Cups of Dehydrated Leeks
4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes (I know its cheating but it was delish so...nyah to the purists)
Egg Noodles

Directions

1. Cover the Chicken with water and Boil the Chicken until Done
2. Remove Chicken from the pot and leave the water in the pot.
3. Cut chicken into small bite size pieces.
4. Add the Turkey Stock to taste the chicken water
5. Add everything but the Egg Noodles
6. Bring to boil and cook until carrots are tender.
7. Add egg noodles and cook until they are done (aprox 7 minutes)
8. Serve and Enjoy (hopefully)

My wife is an expert on chicken noodle soup and she loved it. It's not as good as her's of course but maybe I can talk her into sharing the recipe here with you. I will write more on it when the arthritis in my fingers wears off a bit. I clocked 120 wpm back in college and now I am lucky to pull 10 wpm. Winter suxors. This recipe makes approximately 4 quarts and you should still have plenty of Turkey Stock left over depending on how strong you like your soup.
